About Us:

I breed the Rottweiler on a very small scale and put tremendous attention on
love and care first with "every" animal that comes through Eternal Moon. I
take my puppy buyers very seriously and screen them well to achieve the best
union possible for both buyer and Rottweiler. I really care that it is always a
good match. I am also "always there" for my buyers. All questions are valid
and important!. I expect my pups to live in the home amongst the family as a
member not just "the dog". I will strive for quality and definitely not quantity.

Eternal Moon is a small kennel in Va. Beach, VA,USA run by Bill, Millie & Linda Draper. We pride ourself on care and quality rather than quanity and cutting no corners. We take great pride in Rottweilers that are well taken care of and balanced, both physically, and mentally. I do expect a lot from my owners because I bring these wonderful little puppies on this planet and I am committed to their well being.

We came into "the business" of Rottweilers, only seven years ago. That was after a number of years in Quarter Horses. In the horse show world, Linda obtained the title of World Champion All Around Youth, International Runner-up Queen, and placed 13th, individually and 1st in team, in regional judging show competition.

We have researched and "brainstormed" with other professionals and breeders for the best possible outcome of our puppy's pedigrees. We test the breeding dogs thoroughly, and breed only those that are certified. We don't just breed the top winning dogs of the day, but pay attention to the genetics; will the Phenotype and genotype be a pleasing combination?

We follow through with our owners for each dog placed. I expect them to ask any question they want, day or night. We are always "there" for the rottweilers we breed or place. We look at it as, a family that keeps growing. My puppy people get to know each other, like a growing support group. Nobody has the "only" answer. Many times it is a matter of guidence and trial an error with each dog's personality. If we do not have the answer we will find out.

We also do rescue work with Rottweilers. If we do not have a rescue Rottweiler, at this kennel, we know plenty of other kennels that have them and we are committed to finding secure homes for these "once already" forgotten Rottweilers. Please contact us if you are interested in a rescue.
