Am/Intl.CH.Fireclouds In Seventh Heaven

About Us:

My family owned a sammy when I was growing up, so I have been in love with
the breed for much of my life. I am the President of the Barbary Coast Samoyed Club. Prior to being president, I served as secretary and board member. I am also a member of the Samoyed Club of America since 1989. Firecloud has produced 9 champions so far, with several pointed and close to finishing. I am active in conformation, participate in herding events(which our club has sponsored for the past 4 years), pack hikes, and have recently gotten involved in obedience. Quite challenging! :-)
At the moment, all the Sammys here are finished champions, except for my old
girl who will be 15 yrs old in August. She is the mother of my girl,
Am./Intl.CH.Fireclouds In Seventh Heaven, CGC,HIC ("Angel") who is the
mother of 6 champions. Angel won the brood bitch class at the Samoyed Club
of Los Angeles specialty 5 yrs ago, and won the brood bitch class at the
Northern California Samoyed Club specialty in 1998, and 2000. In 1998, her son and
daughter, Cyber and Becky, won Best in Sweepstakes and Best Opposite Sex in Sweepstakes at that same specialty. Last year, at the Nor Cal specialty, these same two littermates won Winners Dog and Winners Bitch and that weekend Am/Intl.CH.Firecloud's In Cyberspace became a champion. His sister, Am/Intl.CH.Firecloud's Angel in the Wings, HIC (Becky) finished in October, as did two more littermates, CH.Firecloud's Blue Angel, HCT(Jet) and Am/Intl.CH.Firecloud's Bravo Machbeth(Ditto). One more boy in that litter, Firecloud's Warp Speed, ("Cody") needs only a major to finish. Boris, (Am/Intl.CH.Firecloud's Heaven Forbid, HIC) finished at the Pleasanton show on March 12,2000 which gave Angel her 6th champion kid out of only two litters. So we are very proud of Angel and her kids. She has other kids who are pointed, so expect them to finish in the near future. Angel is listed in DOG NEWS top producers for 1999 as top producing Samoyed bitch, having had 4 kids finish in 1999, all littermates: Becky, Cyber, Jet and Ditto.
I am very careful to place my puppies in good homes, and consider them and their owners part of my family. I enjoy showing my own dogs, and love to introduce others to this fun sport. I have met many of my best friends through this sport and through my dogs.

I have tried very hard to produce dogs who come closer and closer to my idea of the "perfect" Samoyed. It is important that my dogs have the structure and ability to do the work they were bred for, and also that they possess the beauty the Samoyed is famous for. Am/Intl.CH.Fireclouds In Seventh Heaven, CGC has produced several kids who I feel have these qualities. She has produced 6 champions so far, others are pointed, several have CGC, herding titles, and participate in therapy and obedience.
